Amend CSSB 6 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1) On page 31, line 18, strike "a tier 1" and substitute "the".
(2) On page 31, strike lines 21-26, and substitute the following:
(s) Notwithstanding the procedures established under a strategic partnership agreement, a municipality shall follow the procedures applicable to the municipality for full-purpose or limited-purpose annexation of an area under this section.
