Amend CSSB 6 (house committee printing) on page 1, by striking lines 10-11 and substituting the following:
(2) "Tier 1 county" means a county:
(A) with a population of less than 500,000; and
(B) that is not a county that contains a freshwater fisheries center operated by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department.
