R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, VillaSport is celebrating the grand opening of its |
|
|
new Cypress branch on July 25, 2017; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Adding another location to the existing four in |
|
|
Oregon, Colorado, California, and The Woodlands, the company has |
|
|
constructed a 130,000 square-foot athletic club and spa on Barker |
|
|
Cypress Road; the facility amenities include swimming pools, a |
|
|
cardio center, free weights, a basketball court, and outdoor fire |
|
|
pits and lounge areas; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The Cypress VillaSport will offer more than 180 |
|
|
scheduled fitness classes a week, along with a range of spa |
|
|
treatments and leisure activities for adults and art and dance |
|
|
programs for children; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, By creating jobs and contributing to the health and |
|
|
well-being of local residents, VillaSport is sure to be a valuable |
|
|
asset to the Cypress community, and the company is indeed deserving |
|
|
of recognition on the opening of its new branch; now, therefore, be |
|
|
it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 85th Texas |
|
|
Legislature, 1st Called Session, hereby recognize the grand opening |
|
|
of VillaSport in Cypress and extend to all those associated with the |
|
|
enterprise sincere best wishes for the future; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for VillaSport as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
