R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Gerard Hudspeth has been elected to the Denton City |
|
|
Council, and he is indeed deserving of special recognition; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, In his role with the Denton City Council, |
|
|
Mr. Hudspeth partners closely with other council members to ensure |
|
|
that constituent needs are met and the city's goals, including |
|
|
infrastructure improvements and other major projects, are |
|
|
achieved; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Each day, public servants improve the quality of |
|
|
life for their fellow citizens in innumerable ways, and the efforts |
|
|
of Gerard Hudspeth will help to make Denton an even better place in |
|
|
which to live and work; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 85th Texas |
|
|
Legislature, 1st Called Session, hereby congratulate Gerard |
|
|
Hudspeth on his election to the Denton City Council and extend to |
|
|
him sincere best wishes for a successful tenure; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. Hudspeth as an expression of high regard by the |
|
|
Texas House of Representatives. |
