No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend various sections of the Local Government Code and Property Code relating to a property owners right to remove trees and vegetation from their land.
The bill would take effect December 1, 2017.
Local Government Impact
According to the Texas Municipal League, no significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
