No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill requires a school district to include in the annual financial management report a description of the district's total expenses related to administering a required state assessment instrument, as determined in accordance with the methodology established by the Texas Education Agency for calculating total expsenses.
The bill would take effect on the 91st day after the last day of the legislative session, or immediately if passed with the necessary voting margins.
