No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would amend the Local Government Code relating to the annexation by municipalities of certain areas appraised for ad valorem tax purposes as land for agricultural or wildlife management use.  The bill would prevent development agreements from extending extraterritorial jurisdiction.

No significant fiscal affect to the state is anticipated.

Local Government Impact

According to the Texas Municipal League this bill would have no significant fiscal impact on municipalities.
