HB255 by Reynolds (Relating to the salary paid to certain professional staff employed by public schools.), As Introduced

No adverse impact on equalized funding requirements and policies pertaining to the Foundation School Program is anticipated under the provisions of the bill. The bill would increase entitlement under the Foundation School Program, providing state aid equal to the product of $4,000 multiplied by the number of classroom teachers, full-time librarians, full-time school counselors certified under Subchapter B, Chapter 21, and full-time nurses employed by the district.
