Amend HB 5 on third reading as follows:
(1) In SECTION 20(b) of the bill (page 13, line 10, 2nd reading engrossment), strike "abuse or neglect" and substitute "abuse, neglect, or exploitation".
(2) In SECTION 20(c) of the bill (page 13, line 19, 2nd reading engrossment), strike "abuse or neglect" and substitute "abuse, neglect, or exploitation".
