Amend CSHB 12 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  Strike page 32, line 1, through page 37, line 24.

(2)  On page 43, line 12, strike "Articles 46B.090(h), (n), and (o)" and substitute "Article 46B.090(o)".

(3)  Strike page 43, lines 15 through 18.

(4)  Renumber the SECTIONS of the bill accordingly.
