System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.
Amend CSHB 18 (house committee report), on page 1 of the bill, as follows:
(1) On line 9, strike "Subsection (m)" and substitute "Subsections (m) and (n)".
(2) Between lines 15 and 16, insert the following:
(n) In devising the audit plan under Subsection (c), the State Auditor shall consider the performance of audits of programs operated by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission that have not recently received audit coverage.
