Amend CSHB 18 (house committee report) on page 7 as follows:
(1) On line 16, strike "and".
(2) On line 17, strike the underlined period and substitute the following:
; and
(14) a provision stating that a state agency, in contracting for products and services, shall provide contracting opportunities for vendors that employ veterans or other persons with disabilities whose products and services are available under Chapter 122, Human Resources Code.
