System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.
Amend HB 18 (house committee report) as follows:
(1) On page 6, line 10, between "month" and the underlined period, insert "under a contract, unless the contract specifically requires more than one payment per month"
(2) On page 6, line 21, between "time" and the underlined period, insert "but remains obligated to pay the vendor all amounts due under and as required by the contract regardless of whether the state agency complied with Subsection (b)"
(3) On page 8, line 15, strike "or member of the public"
