Amend CSHB 22 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1) On page 6, line 25, strike "(c-3) and (c-4)" and substitute "(c-3), (c-4), and (c-5)".
(2) On page 11, line 5, between "school" and the underlined semicolon, insert "if the district or campus offers a program in which a student may complete an associate degree".
(3) On page 17, between lines 26 and 27, insert the following:
(c-5) An indicator adopted under Subsection (c)(1)(B)(xi) cannot negatively affect the commissioner's review of a school district or campus if that district or campus does not offer a program in which a student may complete an associate degree.
