Amend CSHB 22 (senate committee report) as follows:
(1) In SECTION 18 of the bill (page 10, line 57), strike "2017" and substitute "2018".
(2) In SECTION 19 of the bill (page 10, line 59), strike "2017-2018" and substitute "2018-2019".
