Amend CSHB 122 (house committee printing) on page 49 of the bill as follows:

(1)  Between lines 2 and 3, insert the following appropriately lettered new subsection and reletter the subsequent subsections of Section 6.01 of the bill accordingly:

( )  The advisory committee shall analyze the anticipated cost to this state of implementing this Act. Not later than December 1, 2018, the advisory committee shall produce a report summarizing the results of the analysis and deliver the report to the governor, the lieutenant governor, and each member of the legislature.

(2)  On line 8, strike "June 1, 2020" and substitute "December 1, 2021".

(3)  On line 15, strike "2019" and substitute "2021".
