Amend CSHB 240 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1) On page 1, line 16, strike "Subsection (a-1)" and substitute "Subsections (a-1) and (a-2)".
(2) On page 1, line 18, strike "If" and substitute "Except as provided by Subsection (a-2), if".
(3) On page 2, between lines 1 and 2, insert the following:
(a-2) Proof of a service in violation of Section 455.160, 455.161, or 455.204, Occupations Code, does not constitute prima facie evidence for purposes of Subsection (a-1).
