Amend HB 322 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 4, line 5, strike "shall" and substitute "may, with the consent of the attorney representing the state,".

(2)  On page 4, strike lines 12 through 21 and renumber subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly.

(3)  On page 5, line 22, strike "shall" and substitute "may, with the consent of the attorney representing the state,".

(4)  On page 5, line 25, strike "shall" and substitute "may, with the consent of the attorney representing the state,".

(5)  On page 5, line 26, between "information to" and "a district court", insert "enable".

(6)  On page 6, line 20, strike "shall" and substitute "may, with the consent of the attorney representing the state,".
