Amend HB 402 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1) On page 3, line 16, between "county" and the underlined period, insert ", except that the county must use at least 50 percent of the money made available to the county for the county's program under Section 382.209".

(2) Add the following appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and renumber subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:

SECTION ____. Section 382.220, Health and Safety Code, is amended by adding Subsection (e) to read as follows:

(e) A participating county that receives money made available under Section 382.202 or 382.302 must use at least 50 percent of the money for the county's program under Section 382.209.
