Amend HB 478 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 1, line 8, strike "OR ANIMALS".

(2)  On page 1, lines 10 through 12, strike Subdivision (1) and renumber subsequent subdivisions accordingly.

(3)  On page 1, line 23, strike "or a domestic animal".

(4)  Strike "or animal" in each of the following places:

(A)  page 2, line 5;

(B)  page 2, line 8;

(C)  page 2, line 13; and

(D)  page 2, line 14.
