Amend HB 579 on third reading as follows:

(1) In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 2261.2555(a), Government Code, between "by" and "$1 million", insert "the greater of five percent or more or".

(2) In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 2261.2555(b), Government Code, between "by" and "$1 million", and substitute "the greater of five percent or more or".

(3) In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 2261.2555(d)(4), Government Code, between "by" and "$1 million", insert "the greater of five percent or more or".
