Amend CSHB 912 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1) On page 3, line 2, strike "Subsection (a-1)" and substitute "Subsections (a-1) and (e)".
(2) On page 4, between lines 8 and 9, insert the following:
(e) The department may not charge a fee for the submission of proof of completion of the course or passage of an examination under Subsection (c).
