Amend HB 931 (senate committee report) as follows:

(1)  Strike SECTION 1 of the bill (page 1, lines 23-33).

(2)  Strike SECTION 3 of the bill (page 1, lines 39-59).

(3)  In SECTION 5 of the bill (page 2, line 1), strike "(a)".

(4)  In SECTION 5 of the bill, strike Subsection (b) (page 2, lines 7-10).

(5)  Renumber SECTIONS of the bill appropriately.
