Amend CSHB 1090 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  On page 1, line 8, strike "Subsection (f) or (g)" and substitute "Subsection (g) [(f)]".

(2)  Add the following appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill:

SECTION ____.  Section 39.06(f), Penal Code, is repealed.

(3)  Renumber remaining SECTIONS of the bill accordingly.
