Amend CSHB 1103 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  On page 1, line 6, strike "Sections 62.001(d) and (g), Government Code, are" and substitute "Section 62.001(d), Government Code, is".

(2)  On page 1, strike line 12 through page 2, line 4.
