Amend CSHB 1342 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1) On page 1, line 12, strike "self-protection," and substitute "self-protection and".
(2) On page 1, lines 12 and 13, strike ", and reduce child pregnancy".
(3) On page 1, strike lines 23 and 24 and substitute the following:
(d) The agency shall compile a list of child sexual abuse prevention training programs from which a school district must choose in providing the child sexual abuse prevention training required under Subsection (b).
(4) Add the following appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and renumber subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:
SECTION ____. It is not the intent of the legislature that the changes in law made by this Act be interpreted as requiring the provision of human sexuality instruction.
