Amend HB 1352 on third reading (second reading engrossment), in SECTION 1 of the bill, as follows:

(1)  In added Section 253.0125(e), Local Government Code (page 2, line 5), between "general public" and "by any means" by inserting "published in a newspaper of general circulation in the county in which the property is located or, if there is no such newspaper,".

(2)  In added Section 253.0125(e)(1), Local Government Code (page 2, line 9), after the semicolon, strike "and".

(3)  In added Section 253.0125(e)(2), Local Government Code (page 2, line 11), between "transferred" and the period, insert the following:

(3)  be published for two separate days within the period prescribed by Subdivision (2), if the notice is published in a newspaper.
