Amend HB 1424 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1) On page 1, line 17, strike "; or" and substitute ";".
(2) On page 1, line 19, between "Prisons" and the underlined period, insert the following:

(D) a secure correctional facility or secure detention facility, as defined by Section 51.02, Family Code
