Amend HB 1449 on third reading (second reading engrossment) on page 1, between lines 21 and 22, by adding the following appropriately numbered subdivision and renumbering subsequent subdivisions and references to those subdivisions accordingly:
(____) a county with a population of more than 1.5 million but not more than 1.8 million;
