Amend CSHB 1556 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 1, strike lines 10 through 12 and substitute the following:

(2)  On page 7, lines 1 through 3, strike "has the definition assigned by the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (20 U.S.C. Section 1401(23))" and substitute "has the meaning assigned by Section 26.002, Education Code".
