Amend HB 1569 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1) On page 1, line 6, strike "Subsection (f)" and substitute "Subsections (f) and (g)".
(2) On page 1, line 7, strike "A" and substitute "Except as provided by Subsection (g), a".
(3) On page 1, between lines 15 and 16, insert the following:
(g) Subsection (f) does not apply to a:
(1) juvenile pre-adjudication secure detention facility; or
(2) juvenile post-adjudication secure correctional facility.
(4) Strike page 1, line 16, through page 2, line 2.
(5) Renumber subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly.
