(1) On page 9, line 17, between "agent's" and "responsibility", insert "degree of fault, state of mind, and".
(2) On page 9, line 18, between the underlined period and "To", insert the following:
The insurer is liable to the claimant for the agent's responsibility for claim-related damage, as determined by the jury under this section.
