Amend CSHB 1774 (house committee printing) on page 8, line 9, after "claimant." by inserting:

"In exchange for such an election, the insurer must provide written notice to the insured that the insurer consents to state court jurisdiction in the county in which the property is located and explicitly state that the insurer is waiving any right to remove the case to federal court."
