Amend CSHB 1774 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1) On page 1, lines 11-12, strike "Section 542.060, Insurance Code, is amended by amending Subsection (a) and adding Subsection (c)" and substitute "Section 542.060(a), Insurance Code, is amended".
(2) On page 1, strike line 14 and substitute the following:
