Amend CSHB 2305 (house committee report) by adding the following appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:

SECTION ____.  This Act may not be construed as exempting a state agency from complying with any applicable law that requires the state agency to physically post notice to the public in a paper format, including Chapter 551, Government Code.
