Amend CSHB 3287 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  On page 3, line 23, strike "the holder of" and substitute "a wholesaler holding".

(2)  On page 3, line 24, between "21" and ";", insert "who annually distributes less than the equivalent of 3,100,500 cases, directly or through the wholesaler's affiliates or subsidiaries".

(3)  On page 6, line 5, strike "the holder of" and substitute "a distributor holding".

(4)  On page 6, line 6, between "66" and ";", insert "who annually distributes less than the equivalent of 3,100,500 cases, directly or through the distributor's affiliates or subsidiaries".
