Amend HB 3746 (committee report) as follows:
(1) On page 1, after line 16, add a new Subsection (D) to read as follows:
(D) Evaluating the response to and mitigation of flood incidents affecting residential property, including multi-family units, located in floodplains.
(2) Renumber subsequent sections accordingly.
