The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.
Amend CSHB 3859 (house committee printing) by striking page 1, line 21 through page 2, line 12, and substituting the following:
(1) "Adverse action" means, with respect to a child welfare services provider, any action that materially alters the provider's license under a state program, including any of the following:
(A) taking an enforcement action against a license holder;
(B) refusing to issue a license;
(C) refusing to renew a license;
(D) revoking a license; or
(E) suspending a license.
