Amend CSHB 4122 (house committee report) on page 3, between lines 4 and 5, by inserting the following:
Sec. 36.345. SUIT PROHIBITED. An owner of land transferred under this subchapter may not bring suit against a district from which land was transferred or to which land was transferred before the 10th anniversary of the date on which the transfer was effective.
