Amend Amendment No. 24 by Stickland to HR 4 by striking lines 7-15 and substituting the following:
(i) If an electronic form is used for the sworn statement under this section and to the extent practicable using available technology and available staffing, a member may permit a person to execute the electronic sworn statement from the member's capitol or district office, in addition to other locations determined by the House Committee on Administration. The Committee on House Administration shall prescribe procedures to implement this subsection.
