Amend CSSB 1 (house committee report) in Article II of the bill, following the appropriations to the Department of Family and Protective Services, after the first sentence in Subsection c in Rider 31, Texas Home Visiting Program and Nurse Family Partnership Program (page II-15), by adding the following:

Support costs for these programs may not exceed 20 percent of the total amounts described in sections (a) and (b).
