Amend CSSB 1 (house committee printing) in Article V of the bill, following the appropriations to the Department of Public Safety, by adding the following appropriately numbered rider:

____. Driver License Services and Driver Safety: Audit of Use of State Funds. It is the intent of the legislature that the state auditor conduct an audit of the use of funds appropriated to the Department of Public Safety for each strategy under Goal F, Driver License Services and Driver Safety, and submit a report to the Legislative Budget Board not later than January 1, 2019.
