Amend CSSB 1 (house committee printing) in Part 6, Article IX, by adding the following appropriately numbered section and renumbering subsequent sections accordingly:

Sec. 6.____.  Border Wall Project at Big Bend Ranch State Park. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, no money appropriated by this Act may be used to construct, facilitate, or maintain a border wall in Big Bend Ranch State Park.
