Amend CSSB 1 (house committee printing) in Article X of the bill, following the appropriations to the House of Representatives (page X-2), by adding the following appropriately numbered rider and renumbering subsequent riders accordingly:

____. Vote Against General Appropriations Act. No funds appropriated by this Act may be expended for the benefit of the legislative district of a member of the House of Representatives who votes against this bill unless the constitution requires the expenditure.
