Amend CSSB 1 on page I-55, under the bill pattern for Trusteed Programs within the Office of the Governor to include the following appropriately numbered rider:

____. Contingency for Texas Protective Order Registry. STOP Violence Against Women Formula Grant funds, not to exceed $350,000, granted to the Criminal Justice Division, Office of the Governor, shall be provided to the Office of Court Administration upon the passage of HB 2315, SB 1320, or a similar piece of legislation to establish and maintain the Texas Protective Order Registry.
