Amend Amendment No. 359 by K. King to CSSB 1 (page 450, prefiled amendment packet) on lines 7-9 of the amendment, by striking "the legislative district of a member of the House of Representatives who" and substituting "Texas House District 88 if any member of the House of Representatives".
