Amend CSSB 4 (house committee printing), on page 11, between lines 8 and 9, by inserting the following appropriately lettered subsection:
(____) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, public information as defined by Section 552.002 related to the expenditure of public funds under Subsection (c) is not confidential and the attorney general shall disclose the information on request.
