Amend CSSB 4 (house committee printing) on page 12 of the bill, between lines 22 and 23, by inserting the following appropriately lettered subsection:
(____) It is an affirmative defense to prosecution under this section that a local entity with supervisory authority over the defendant directed the defendant to commit the offense. In this subsection, "local entity" has the meaning assigned by Section 752.051, Government Code.
