Amend CSSB 4 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1) On page 12, line 26, strike "Subsections (d) and (e)" and substitute "Subsection (d)".
(2) On page 12, line 27, strike "Subject to Subsection (e), in" and substitute "In".
(3) Strike page 13, lines 9 through 16.
