Amend CSSB 4 (house committee printing) by adding the following appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:
SECTION ____. A local entity or campus police department, as defined by Section 752.051, Government Code, as added by this Act, is authorized to request the federal government to reimburse the entity or department, as applicable, for actual expenses incurred by the entity or department in the implementation of this Act and in the continued compliance with the requirements of this Act.
